To achieve consistency across your communication, I will work with your team to create guidelines. They will reflect your brand and how you'd like your clients to experience your service. Your team can then refer to them to ensure they strike the right tone.

The supportive, fortnightly live Q&A calls over 3 months are useful deadlines for you to submit your assignments so you can build momentum seeing results as you go. 

If you value tailored individual feedback on your assignments, highlighting your strengths and making suggestions to improve the clarity and likelihood of engagement this is a great option.

If you have very different personalities within your firm, it can make the paraplanner's job of report writing very challenging.


Frequently asked questions

How much work and time is involved?

Can your team commit to 2 – 2.5 hours per fortnight to attend and complete the programme? This will include watching the videos, completing the short exercise and attending the coaching session.

If you believe this is manageable: I would suggest that we schedule the coaching calls fortnightly. The idea is that they will have completed the module and assignment. After the call, the next module will be released. This keeps up the pace and momentum. And it means that the programme will be completed in around 3 months. 

If you believe that it's not manageable we can extend the time frame of the course so that 2 – 2.5 hour per month. This means that the course will be completed in around 6 months. And we want to avoid year end!

How much is it per head?


It's £697

What's the best group size?


Ideally around 6 people but 4 people is the minimum number. Please ensure that all of them are involved in communicating with clients or advisers.

How long do we have access to the course for?


1 year.

However, you can download the tools which contain the key principles, frameworks, extra examples and further resources so you’ll have those forever. You’ll also receive reminders via email to help you integrate the new way of writing and communicating in meetings.


Is it possible to sample some of the material first?


Yes.

I'd recommend that you sign up to the "How to get faster responses without chasing" webinar. This forms part of the Action module. You can register here for the FREE session which runs regularly.


As the Director/Manager am I invited to join the coaching calls?


You are invited yes – it can mean that some of the team may not be as candid with their struggles or challenges. I’d suggest you attend some but not all.  It's really helpful to have a team leader or Operations Manager on the call to help ensure the ideas translate into action.

Can we tailor the assignments so that they are bespoke to our firm?

Yes. There will be an extra fee for this work which we can discuss.

Can you invoice us rather than pay through the platform?


Yes 

Our firm’s policy states that we can’t use Zoom.


That’s fine, we can use another platform such as Teams.
